Overview

This listing is for an Amazon Associates (US, UK, CA, DE, & FR) business created in December 2015 in the home appliances niche. The Wordpress site features guides and reviews for a specific household appliance. The site has been steadily earning for years and only requires quarterly maintenance from the Seller. The site relies primarily on organic search traffic. Existing content on the site was written by the Seller's in-house writer. Content is no longer added regularly and the writer will not continue with the Buyer. Creating new content is a growth opportunity for this site, but is unnecessary to maintain as is.  Social media profiles were set up across multiple channels in the beginning. While these may contribute some to rankings, they are not important for traffic. For work required to maintain the business, the Seller only spends time quarterly checking for broken product links and updating content with new products. * The site was hit with a Google penalty in September 2017, but it recovered after spam links were disavowed. * In September 2018 the site set up a CDN to improve the site speed. This messed up the referrals for non-US Amazon marketplaces, resulting in lower earnings since then. The issue has been fixed, so earnings are expected to return to previous levels for non-US Amazon accounts. * A privately-owned PBN is active on this site. The PBN will be maintained by the Seller for free and they guarantee to keep the sites live for a minimum of 2 years, as long as they remain indexed. This will probably be longer as they won't actively remove them after the 2 years. Most of the PBN sites link only to this site, so those specific sites could be transferred to the Buyer if desired.
