What we collect

• Account data: email address, optional name, a hashed password, your plan and display preferences. Collected when you sign up, used to run your account.
• Product data you create: saved searches, watchlist, pipeline notes, alert channels (an email address, Telegram chat id or webhook URL you provide). Used solely to provide those features.
• Digest subscription: an email address given on the landing page, used only to send the daily digest. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes the address.
• Analytics: first-party page-view counts. The visitor identifier is a hash salted per day, so visits cannot be linked across days. No IP address, no user agent, no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics script.
• Billing: subscriptions are processed by Whop, which collects payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store card numbers; we store the subscription reference.

Legal bases

Contract performance for account, product and billing data; consent for the digest subscription (withdrawable by one click); legitimate interest for the anonymised page-view counts and for transactional email about your account.

Processors and transfers

Data is hosted on our own server infrastructure in Europe. We use Whop for payments, Resend for transactional and digest email, and Telegram only if you connect a Telegram alert channel yourself. We sell data to no one.

Retention

Account data lives as long as the account. Deleting your account, or asking us by email, removes it. Digest addresses are deleted the moment you unsubscribe. Anonymous page-view rows carry no personal data and are kept for statistics.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for display preferences (theme, currency). No advertising or cross-site cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you can complain to your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). One email to hello@acquisiteur.com is enough.
