1. Who we are
Acquisiteur ("the service") is published and operated by Gautier Michenaud, France. Contact: hello@acquisiteur.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
Acquisiteur aggregates publicly available listings of online businesses for sale from third-party marketplaces and brokers, records their history over time, and provides search, alerting and analysis tools on top of that record. Acquisiteur is not a broker, not a marketplace and not a party to any transaction. We list; we do not sell, value for hire, or advise.
3. The data, and its limits
Figures shown on the service (asking prices, revenue, profit, multiples) come from the listing sources and their sellers, unmodified. We flag figures that contradict each other where we detect it, but we do not verify them and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Nothing on the service is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Always verify every figure with the seller or broker before making an offer.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and its credentials. You agree not to resell or redistribute the service's data as a dataset, scrape the service at abusive volume, share one seat between several people, or use the service in breach of any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans, trials and billing
The free plan is free indefinitely. New accounts start with a 7-day Pro trial that requires no payment method and downgrades to the free plan by itself. Paid plans (Pro at $99/month, Team at $299/month, with discounted yearly billing) are billed through Whop and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access then runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled as described in the refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its code, its design and its compiled record are ours. The underlying listings belong to their sources and sellers; trademarks and logos of marketplaces and brokers belong to their owners and appear for identification only, without affiliation or endorsement.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of aggregated third-party data, for the conduct of any marketplace, broker or seller, or for indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
