Try before paying

Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial with no payment method attached. It downgrades by itself; there is nothing to cancel and nothing to be charged. Please use it to judge the product before subscribing.

Cancelling

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page, in two clicks. Your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid and does not renew. No cancellation fee, no retention hoops.

Refunds

• A renewal you did not want: if a monthly or yearly renewal takes you by surprise, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it, no questions beyond confirming the account.
• First subscription: if you subscribe and the product turns out not to be what you needed, write within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund it.
• EU consumers: you benefit from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By subscribing you ask for immediate access to digital content, so a withdrawal refund can be prorated for the days already served, as the law provides.

Requests go to hello@acquisiteur.com from the account's email address. Refunds are issued through Whop, back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
